Remember that neat-o new GTI commercial (QuickTime, 5.6 MB) with Mint Royale's remix of Gene Kelly 'singing'... and poppin-n-lockin? Well, the single of said remix was released on August 8th, and will also appear on their third album, 'see you in the morning' to be released on August 15th. Lee just forwarded me a link to the FANTASTIC video... (broadband required)

And speaking of GTIs and videos, watch this crazy dub, appropriately named the Red Devil, eat supercars alive out on the track... are those other guys even trying? Warning - pretty big WMV files...

And for something completely different, I've been watching the progression of urban expressionism on this abandoned boat (?!) under I-95... strangely fascinating.

How ingenious is this "art director" tshirt from Crispin Porter + Bogusky?

And speaking of ingenious, the kids at Sony are cooking up some crazy stuff. (30MB QuickTime)

In honor of the first manned Moon landing, which took place on July 20, 1969, Google added some NASA imagery to the Google Maps interface to help you pay your own visit to our celestial neighbor. Happy lunar surfing. BTW, if you zoom in all he way, you find out what the moon is really made of...

I'm usually not one to support MickeyDees, but they've got a little Flash driving game up on their site that's some kind of promo for the restaurants around Kansas City... Anyways, it's pretty nicely done... you can even "customize" your car... plus, if you "tell a friend", you unlock a MINI!

UPDATE - Game designed by squidfingers.
